Trenchless pipe lining, also called CIPP Lining (Cured in Place Pipe), is an amazing solution to chronic drain issues.
in a nutshell, It is an epoxy soaked, felt liner that is blown into the existing pipe (while still wet) with air and then pressurized so that it inflates. We then cure the epoxy with a portable hot water Boiler system until it is completely formed and hardened.
The new epoxy liner has a minimum life expectancy of 50 years.
You will be able to resume normal drain function by the time we leave the jobsite.
We have performed sewer pipe lining all over Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess,
Ossining, Cold Spring, Briarcliff Manor, Croton-on-Hudson, Rye, Mamaroneck, Yonkers, Cortlandt Manor, Yorktown, Mahopac, etc.
Your an ideal Candidate for trenchless pipe lining if you have the following situation:
-If your pipe has continual root problems and you are having to call a drain service to cut out the roots
-If you have a crack or missing/broken section of pipe
-If your cast iron pipe has heavy pipe-scale or "trench rot" (rotting out of the cast iron)
-you have alignments that are causing toilet paper to get caught
-If you have a complete collapse of the pipe, it must be excavated and replaced.
-If you have a long belly or lowspot then dig and replace may be your better option.
All Drains will NEVER advise you to reline a pipe if it is not the best solution for your situation. PERIOD! We have many contacts with excavation contractors who can dig and replace and even do a pipe-bursting technique if that is the correct solution in your case. We are committed to solving the problem the best way, even if that means All Drains losing the sale and recommending you to another company who can do the job better.
-The first Step is to camera inspect the pipe to determine its condition.
-The next step is to completely clean the pipe and remove all roots/debris from the pipe.
-If it turns out your pipe is a good candidate for CIPP trenchless pipe lining then we can give you an estimate and proceed!
Depending on the situation, it can be half the cost (or less) then traditional dig and replace. Not to mention the cost and inconvenience of replacing the landscaping, stone walls, driveway, road cut repair, etc.
