The high pressure water jetting is key in cleaning certain sewer/drain pipes.
Our jetter is a tow behind unit. Designed to clear pipes ranging in diameter from 3"-12". It is very efficent in cleaning debris, rust, gravel, dirt and minor roots by creating powerful jets of water through a high-pressured hose. The jet streams shoot backwards to pull the hose down the line (as well as scour the side of the pipe). It also has forward facing jet streams that bore through any obstruction. We use the top of the line Warthog Nozzle that is always slowly rotating to ensure a thorough cleaning.
Our jetter has 350 feet of 1/2" jetter hose. This allows us to get to blockages where a typical snake just cannot get to.
It is an epoxy soaked, felt liner that is blown into the existing pipe (while still wet) with air and pressurized so that it inflates. We then cure the epoxy with a portable hot water Boiler system until it is completely formed and hardened.
The new epoxy liner has a minimum life expectancy of 50 years.
You will be able to resume normal drain function by the time we leave the jobsite.
Your an ideal Candidate if you have the following situation:
-If your pipe has continual root problems and you are having to call a drain service to cut out the roots.
-If you have a crack or missing/broken section of pipe.
-If your cast iron pipe has heavy pipe-scale or "trench rot" (Hole in the bottom of the pipe.
-you have minor alignments that are causing toilet paper to get caught
-If you have a complete collapse of the pipe, it must be excavated and replaced.
-If you have a long belly or lowspot then dig and replace is the better option.
-The first Step is to camera inspect the pipe to determine its condition.
-The next step is to completely clean the pipe and remove all roots/debris from the pipe.
If it turns out your pipe is a good candidate, then we can proceed with the Re-lining!
Depending on the situation, it can be half the cost (or less) then traditional dig and replace. Not to mention the cost and inconvenience of replacing the landscaping, stone walls, driveway, road cut repair, etc.
